You make removal of a steering column as follows:
Switch off ignition, disconnect a wire of "weight" from the rechargeable battery and wait 2 min. before carrying out further work.
Establish wheels for the movement directly forward.
Remove a steering wheel, then turn a key in the ignition lock in position of LOCK to block a steering shaft from rotation, otherwise the spiral wire of a safety cushion can be damaged.
Remove the lower panel of finishing, under a steering column.
Remove casings of a steering column.
Disconnect electric sockets from a plait of wires of a steering column.

. Separate an intermediate shaft from a steering shaft and remove a steering column.
You make installation of a steering column as follows:
Insert the lower end of a steering shaft into a nest of the universal hinge of an intermediate shaft and screw, but do not tighten, bolts of fastening of a steering column.
Tighten bolts of fastening of a steering column the moment of 25 N • m.
Screw a coupling bolt of fastening of the universal hinge to a steering shaft and tighten its moment 26 N • m (see
