You make installation in the sequence, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
If the new vacuum amplifier is installed, then check a pusher gap as follows:

– measure distance on which the pusher of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from the privalochny surface of the main brake cylinder acts ( fig. 11.40 ), and write down it as the size A;
– measure distance from a flange end face to the privalochny surface of the main brake cylinder and write down it as the size B;
– measure distance from a flange to the piston of the main brake cylinder and write down it as the size C;

– subtract the size B from the size A, then (And — In) subtract the size C from the received value and receive a gap of X ( fig. 11.41 ) a pusher 2 which has to be equal to 0. If gap size negative, i.e. presses a pusher of the vacuum amplifier the piston of 1 main thing of the brake cylinder, then there will be constant snubbing of wheels. If there is a gap, then when braking the brake pedal course will increase.
If the size of a gap does not correspond to the required value, then adjust it, changing pusher length. Passatizhami hold a pusher of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from a provorachivaniye and a wrench screw or turn out a pusher head.
After installation of the main brake cylinder and connection to it brake tubes adjust height of installation of a pedal of a brake and remove air from the hydraulic brake system.
