The sensor of temperature of cooling liquid represents the thermoresistor, i.e. the resistor which resistance changes depending on temperature. At reduction of temperature resistance of the sensor increases and vice versa (see specifications).
You make replacement of the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid on the cold engine as follows:
– switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the rechargeable battery;
– merge 4 l of cooling liquid from the cooling system;

– disconnect the electric socket from the ECT sensor and turn out the sensor (fig. 7.11) ;
Handle with the sensor very with care as its damage will lead to failure of system of injection of fuel.
You carry out installation to the sequences, the return to removal. Before installation wrap up a sensor carving the teflon tape excluding formation of corrosion and preventing leaks.
