You make removal of the distributive fuel highway and nozzles as follows:
Dump pressure in fuel system.
Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the rechargeable battery.
On models till 2001 carry out further operations as follows:
– uncover a head of the block of cylinders;
– remove throttle knot;

– release 2 clips and disconnect a plait of wires from an inlet collector (fig. 5.28) ;
– disconnect 4 electric sockets from nozzles;
– remove a protective plate on the right side of an inlet collector;
– pick up the valve and the phone of system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases;
– turn out a hollow bolt from the top part of the fuel filter and disconnect from it a fuel hose;
– disconnect a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from an inlet collector;
– disconnect fuel tubes from the distributive fuel highway;

– turn out bolts and remove the distributive fuel highway together with nozzles (fig. 5.29) ;

– having pulled and at the same time turning, remove nozzles from the distributive fuel highway (fig. 5.30) ;
– if nozzles are repeatedly established, replace with them sealing rings;
On models since 2001 carry out further operations as follows:
– disconnect a hose from the valve of compulsory ventilation of a case;

– disconnect fuel tubes from the distributive fuel highway (fig. 5.31) ;

– turn out bolts of fastening of the fuel highway (fig. 5.32) ;
– remove the distributive fuel highway together with nozzles;

– having pulled and at the same time turning, remove nozzles from the distributive fuel highway (fig. 5.33) ;
– if nozzles are repeatedly established, replace with them sealing rings.
You carry out installation to the sequences, the return to removal.
