Removal
You make removal in the following order:
– remove the oil pallet;

– turn out 2 nuts and 2 bolts (fig. 3.39) and remove an oil receiver with a reflective plate and the mesh filter;
– support the engine from above and shoot the directing video, a pulley of a poliklinovy belt from a bent shaft, a gear belt and a pulley of a gear belt;

– turn out 12 bolts (fig. 3.40) and remove from the block of cylinders a forward cover with the case of the oil pump;

– turn out two bolts of 1 (fig. 3.41) and uncover the case of the oil pump. Remove the conducted gear wheel of 5 (fig. 3.42) of the oil pump and sealing laying 4 round sections;

– fix a pulley of the oil pump in a vice with soft sponges and turn out a nut of fastening of a pulley (fig. 3.43) . Remove a shaft of the oil pump with the leading gear wheel;
– a firm plastic or wooden scraper clear the privalochny surfaces of the case of the oil pump and a cover of the remains of old laying and sealant;
– remove a lock ring of fastening of the reducing valve, a spring saddle, a spring and the piston of the reducing valve.
Check
Clear all details of the oil pump and examine them on absence of damage.
Examine the piston of the reducing valve on lack of wear and zadir. Otherwise replace the piston of the reducing valve and a spring in a set.
Edge of the probe check a gap between the conducted gear wheel of the pump and the case. Nominal rate of a gap of 0,10-0,16 mm, maximum permissible value – 0,20 mm. If the gap exceeds maximum permissible value, replace the conducted and conducting gear wheels of the oil pump in a set and the case of the oil pump.

Edge of the probe check a gap between the conducted and leading gear wheel of the pump (fig. 3.44) . Nominal rate of a gap of 0,04-0,16 mm, maximum permissible value – 0,20 mm. If the gap exceeds maximum permissible value, replace the conducted and conducting gear wheels of the oil pump in a set.
Installation
You make installation in the following order:
– an edge of the screw-driver take old and establish a new sealing ring in a cover of the oil pump. Grease a working edge of a sealing ring with fresh engine oil;
– similarly replace a sealing ring in the case of the oil pump. Grease a working edge of a sealing ring with fresh engine oil;
– install new sealing laying of round section in the case of the oil pump;
– oil fresh engine the conducted gear wheel of the oil pump and install it in the case so that the tag on a gear wheel settled down from a cover of the oil pump;
– oil fresh engine the bearing and a shaft of the leading gear wheel and install a shaft in the case. Establish a pulley on a shaft and fix it by a nut, having tightened its moment 24 N • m;
– establish a cover of the oil pump and fix it by two bolts 16 mm long, having tightened their moment 9 N • m;
– oil fresh engine the piston of the reducing valve and install all details of the valve in the case of the oil pump;
– check that the directing plugs are installed in the block of cylinders.
– install laying on the directing plugs;
– install the case of the oil pump and fix by bolts, having tightened them for several passes the moment of 9 N • m;
– establish with new laying or a sealing ring an oil receiver with a reflective plate and the mesh filter and fix by bolts and nuts, having tightened their moment 5,5 N • m (see fig. 3.39 ).
Further installation you carry out to the sequences, the return to removal, taking into account the following.
Fill in engine oil in the engine.
Launch the engine and check pressure of oil and lack of leaks.
Check the level of engine oil.
